ISRAEL gak bakalan menang! mengapa Israel tidak mungkin menang ? serangan membabi buta Israel yang menewaskan lebih 800 warga Palestina, 270 lebih di antaranya anak-anak itu akan benbuntut panjang dalam sejarah yang justru merugikan Israel sendiri! Salah satunya, makin jelas gertakan Israel yang tidak mampu menghabisi Hizbullah di Lebanon, terbukti sama pada Hamas!" Faktanya, target serangan Israel mulai 27 Desember 2008 itu untuk membuat para pejuang Hamas keluar dari bungker-bungkernya dengan angkat tangan, yang bisa dihancurkan Israel ternyata cuma sejumlah kecil terowongan penembus blokade ekonomi Israel terhadap Gaza sejak Juni 2007, blokade yang jadi alasan serangan roket Hamas ke wilayah Israel. Seperti kata ekonom Omar Shaban pada AP (Associated Press), "Empat korban tewas dan sejumlah luka-luka pada serangan Israel ke terowongan tidak ada sangkut pautnya dengan Hamas karena terowongan itu infrastruktur milik dan demi kepentingan warga sipil! Senjata Hamas bukan masuk lewat terowongan, melainkan lewat Laut Tengah!" Jika pun ada hasil serangan itu bagi Israel, cuma bakal dinikmati Menlu Tzipi Livni dan Menhan Ehud Barak untuk memenangkan Pemilu 10 Februari nanti, padahal harga termahal harus dibayar Israel, rusaknya hubungan baik dengan sejumlah negara Arab yang susah payah dirintis selama ini, serta kebencian dunia termasuk di negeri-negeri pendukungnya di Eropa dan Amerika, yang berbalik memandang Israel biadab, Itu kekalahan telak Israel yang perlu waktu merehabilitasinya!. Di sisi lain, kemenangan Hamas terlihat pada resolusi DK PBB yang tidak dipatuhi Israel dengan alasan tidak ada jaminan penghentian serangan roket Hamas ke Israel dengan gencatan senjata itu, prosesnya akan mencapai persetujuan Hamas menghentikan serangan roket asalkan blokade ekonomi Israel terhadap Gaza dicabut total dengan pengawasan PBB. Sejauh apa pun serangan Israel ke Gaza sebagai kampanye pemilu itu, partai berkuasa hanya akan memetiknya jika bisa menghentikan serangan roket Hamas ke negerinya, sedang harga untuk itu tidak bisa ditawar, pencabutan total blokade ekonomi atas Gaza! Pencabutan blokade itu wujud kekalahan nyata Israel atas serangannya ke Gaza. Tapi kekalahan sebenarnya serangan Israel ke Gaza yang membunuh banyak warga sipil dan anak-anak itu adalah menjadikan diri mereka cuma seperti Nazi semasa Perang Dunia II, betapa sia-sia usaha Israel hanya menjadikan bangsanya seperti orang yang paling mereka benci dan mereka kutuk sepanjang masa.

"Tidak akan terjadi hari kiamat, hingga muslimin memerangi Yahudi. Orang-orang Islam membunuh Yahudi sampai Yahudi bersembunyi di balik batu dan pohon. Namun batu atau pohon berkata, "Wahai muslim, wahai hamba Allah, inilah Yahudi di belakangku, kemarilah dan bunuh saja. Kecuali pohon Gharqad (yang tidak demikian), karena termasuk pohon Yahudi."
